SMS Opt-In & Consent

This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by Apertura Health, Inc. ("Apertura," "we," "us," or "our") and the consent under which we send those messages.

What the program is

A healthcare organization you already have a relationship with (your provider, employer, or health plan) may invite you to retrieve your health records through Apertura. When that organization provides us your mobile number for this purpose, we send you a one-time SMS invitation with a secure link to access or set up your Apertura account. This is an account/service notification program — it is not used for marketing or promotional messages.

How consent is obtained

You are sent an invitation text only because the organization that holds your health records shared your mobile number with us for the specific purpose of delivering that invitation. We do not collect phone numbers directly through this Website, and we do not add a number to this program unless it was provided to us by a partner organization acting on your behalf for this purpose.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most recipients receive a single invitation message, plus an occasional reminder if the invitation is not acted on. Msg & data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from this program. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. See our SMS Opt-Out page for details.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.

Privacy
