Derek is a data and interoperability strategist with over 15 years driving product and network governance for health information exchanges, including leading QHIN governance under TEFCA and DxF compliance in California. A patent holder in health information retrieval, he has advised Fortune 500 companies and led product strategy at Sandlot Solutions and MedPlus, shaping national HIE standards and interoperability policy.

George Michelson

Tech lead
George brings over two decades of engineering leadership across healthtech, IoT, and data exchange, including three years as EVP of Technology at Health Gorilla and senior engineering roles at The Climate Corporation and Trusted Health. He holds three patents in cardiac and physiological monitoring systems and has built high-performing, distributed engineering organizations across digital agriculture, HR, medical devices, and healthcare data.

Vitaliy Kuznetsov

Solution lead
Vitaliy is a product executive with a track record of building 0-to-1 platforms and scaling billion-dollar businesses, from co-founding Zenfolio to leading the product-led transformation of Cars.com's $1B+ marketplace. Most recently, as Sr. Director of Product Management at Health Gorilla, he led AI and data platform strategy for a national healthcare interoperability network, following nine years in product leadership at Microsoft.
